one minutes train
Next to our annual award competition for videos of exactly sixty seconds, we launched a series called one minutes train, one minutes as a collective art work. In exactly one minute you will see a landscape filmed through the window of a running train.
Exhibited, the visitor starts on a random journey through the world with a flat Dutch landscape followed by a German one, mountains from Switzerland, Russia, China, India. America, Africa and back to Euope.
The one minutes train has been successfully launched in Venice during the Venice Biennale in June 2009 in the Arsenal Spa. In November it will be part of an overview of One Minutes in Kunsthal KAdE in Amersfoort. Opening 27 November
